Kentico Bizform Validation

Hello,
We are using Kentico 5.5 and I have a bizform that users can only fill out once per email address.

I want to add some validation that queries the form table to see if the email address already exists.  If it does they get a message if it doesn't it allows them to submit the form.

Thank you I got that to work but now I need to make it so the form can only be submitted once 20 answers have been filled out.  Any ideas on how I could make that happen?
