Microsoft Front Page: Problem

Hi,

1) The computer has
- Microsoft Office pro 2003
- Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2007
- I also saw at the "Add/Rem" program --> the Microsoft Front Page has been installed

2) This computer has a Window 7
3) The client uses the "front page" daily basis and it is OK
4) When the client opens a file in SAP, he is getting  "error message" (please see the attachment)
5) I tried to install the Office 2003 again, but did not help
6) Any idea?

thanks,
tjie

I wear a lot of hats...

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How on earth do you do it Chris?  Once again you hit the nail right on the head in one sentence.  It's like you can read minds or something.  Truly amazing.  Glad I didn't post a long suggested solution when the answer was as easy as that ;-)

Hi,

1) I solved this problem by myself
2) I Re-installed the Microsoft Office 2003 (from my flash drive)
- and It did not work
3) Then, the next day, I browse it to the network drive which shared the Microsoft Office 2003; and it worked (It seemed the file at my flash drive was missing "something")
4) So this is nothing to do with the Front Page at all
5) Accordingly, I will close this discussion (I will do it for another 3 hours from now; my time now is 1:45 pm)

thanks,
tjie
