Disconnecting Exchange 2007 mailbox

I am needing to disconnect an Exchange 2007 mailbox from the ad user acct and reconnect it to a new AD acct. How can I disconnect the AD acct from the Exchange acct without deleting the AD acct.

Firstly you remove-mailbox and then connect-mailbox to the new user, all explained here.
