Outlook Web Access is setup, can use it from my PC and also from my Blackberry Curve 8520 using Blackberry Browser by changing the TLS settings via Security.

Everytime I try to set it up using Email Settings and Other email address I keep being told that the i "Cannot log in.  Verify your email address, user name and password.  If the error persists contact domain.co.uk".

Not sure what's causing this as i am able to get to it via the browser but not via Email Settings Accounts?

We have Exchange 2010 with full BES services.  This is just an alternative to allow a user to use two email accounts, one with BES and one with BIS.

Josef,

There are two fairly common causes for not being able to integrate an OWA account.  The first relates to the firewall not being configured to allow BIS traffic.  The second relates to BIS being unable to access the EWS system.

Try the KB articles below and see if they help at all.

Also, do you know if this happens for just one mail account or is it multiple?
Can you provide the OWA url, the users mailbox name, and email address?
