Grant Calendar permissions in shell

Hello everyone,
I receive several cases where people want access to a group calendar.  The only way I know how is to launch Outlook and add the mailbox and then set calendar permissions.

Is there a cmdlet to only give access to the Calendar and not the inbox.

What is the Exchange server version?

For Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007
