I have a VS2008 code. When I try to publish the code, i get this error:

Access to the path 'C:\Users\<myname>\AppData\Local\Temp\~345c\bin\App_Code.compiled' is denied.

I ight clicked on "Temp" folder. Properties. I have full access. Not sure what else to check.
