HELP Finding Flipbook Solutions

We have a 200+ page book that we would like to turn into an online flipbook. The book is available in PDF form, and separated by chapter. Ideally, we would like to add links and hotspots in the flipbook - adding video would be icing on the cake. The final flipbook would need to be hosted by us.

I've spent a lot of time Google(ing) the subject, even tested a few programs, but nothing seems to have exactly what we're looking for at a reasonable cost.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a cheap, reliable way to create a flipbook?

Hi jej07, if you have spent a lot of time googling is there anything left to add?
I have flip book and have added a short video but it's not Flipbook Professional

Thank you for your help. I did not see the FlipBook Creator during my search, and it appears to have everything I need. Including the mobile friendly version.

Excellent, I know costs can be high but once you own it :P
One thing I'd like to correct dont have flipbooks mine is called Flip Album maybe that is suitable for you and cheaper too
