Can't access Server Management routines in SBS2003

Just installed SBS2003 on a new server
Install went through ok, including all components of SBS (Exchange, etc, etc) through all 5 of the CDs. Server is running fine apart form one issue:
When I try to access any of the routines in Server Management (Licensing, Monitoring & Reporting, Internet & Email, etc), I click on the link but nothing happens. The ones which are expandable in the tree down the left with a + sign (eg Monitoring & Reporting) do expand, but then when you click on any of the items within the subsection, again nothing happens.
At next re-boot, a pop-up appears "License server agent* encountered a problem and needed to close- Send error report?"
* (or whatever you tried to run prior to re-boot)

I would start with your event log. See if there is services that are not starting correctly on boot, or that are crashing. If you have not installed anything since you have  done the install of the OS, you may have some time of  corruption. You can run a repair install by booting off the CD, or running the latest Service Pack update, this sometime will fix corruption. Last resort maybe just to start over since you haven't gotten that far. Sometimes starting from scratch will save you a lot of time and headaches in the end. Good luck! Hope this helps!
