when I create the Hyper V and add the CSV , it says that the files in CSV must been managed by Hyper V , otherwise it my corrupt.

Is that means I cannot copy the VHD to network share like \\hostname\c$\clusterstorage\volumn1

I have never had problems copying over files that way. If you are deleting a file, but may need to do it from whichever node is the owner of the CSV. Otherwise, sometimes you delete a file and it reappears.
