Thanks for the article but we are already doing this. Maybe there is a confusion here. We don't want to copy items from personal to sharepoint and vice versa. Just an automatic sync when i update my personal calendar or when I update my sharepoint calendar.

We need to know if there is way to sync items from a personal calendar on Outlook 2010 with a SharePoint calendar. The current option we have is to connect the SP calendar to Outlook 2010 client then copy over the items to personal folder. However, we are looking to sync the connected SP calendar to the personal calendar. This way, they don't have to manage two calendars. Is this possible or does anyone have a workaround or alternate solution?<br />
