Custom Plugin Install

I have numerous Windows 7 computers on my LAN. I have a very small custom plugin I need ran on each computer. This is a Microsoft Word plugin. If i install it manually, I just run it & then click next, next, next & finish....its that easy, I just would like to automate this somehow pushing it out across the LAN via GPO.
My question is, is there any free tool out there anywhere that I will be abel to create an answer file & have it to automatically install without user interaction on each PC when they log in?
