OS X Lion - Uninstall

How do i uninstall applications in MAC OS X Lion?
2 Solutions

Normally, just drag the Application you want to uninstall from Applications folder to the Trash symbol in Dock.
Then choose Empty trash from File menu.

That's it!

You could also use an application called AppZapper (google it, and you will find it) or similar, but normally that's a bit "overkill".

What AppZapper does and similar programs is to clean out the Applications and the settings files files and folders which belong to the applications.
For the Adobe Suite, if you have that on your mac, use the uninstallers that are located inside the program folders.
