Hello,

If it's in AIR you can check : http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/html/help.html?content=PDF_1.html

Or give a look to flex paper : http://flexpaper.devaldi.com/

and also alivepdf

Enjoy,

PDF files can be created by Adobe Acrobat in formats that permit you to fill in forms, etc.  I have never tried to do this with any of the free and open-source tools.  I have created several PDF files with FPDF, and it might be susceptible to being extended to create editable PDF files.  See FPDF.org to learn more.

Many tools for viewing but not for editing. The best what you can do convert to SWF and write custom editor
