Rescue VMware esxi 3 server

Hi,
I have a esxi3 server as my home server setup.
This morning I noticed that the hard drive light was on all the time so I shut down the 3 vms and rebooted the server. On startup I got a message saying the smart system had detected that the hard drive was about to die.
It is now running but seems to be slow.
I now need to get the VMs off it so I can replace the drive. I nave a NAS drive that could be used.
My question is how do I do it?
Fingers crossed that I can do it in time....
Cheers,

Are your drives in some sort of RAID array? if so, you can just replace the drive and it should rebuild itself.

Checkout my EE Backup Article

VMware ESX/ESXi Backup Guide

I would use VMware Converter, Veeam FastSCP, WinSCP, of the Datastore Browser to make backups, if you've got time you could use GhettoVCB see article.
