Hey Guys,

Just deployed a new image with Windows 7 SP1 as well as Office 2010 Standard SP1. At first certain Excel files would just freese and become non-responsive, then when you close the Excel files, you get a message that Excel stopped workiing. Eventually this goes away.
In Windows logs I found the following error, occurs every time Excel file is closed
Source: Application Error
Event ID: 1000
Faulting application path: c:\program files\microsoft office\office 14\excel.exe
Faulting module path: c:\windows\system32\ntdll.dll
Attaching a screenshot.
This PC is patched up with all of the latest updates installed. I tried launching Excel in SafeMode but it also crashes. Besides Office 2010 we also have Adobe Reader and Nuance PDF Converter installed, but error appears to be related to something else.
Any help is appreciated.. I searched on variety of forums and found that otehrs had similar problem, but found no solution. logs screenshot

Yes, nothing found as far as the virus. Reimaged the PC, buitl the image from scratch, reinstalled all of teh applications and the same thing started happening. Ran repair on Office, didn't help. UNinstalled and reinstalled office, again the same thing. Running diagmnostics right now to make sure it`s not the memory that`s defective. I also uninstalled Nuance PDF Conevrter, so will see what happens.

Diagnostics didn't detect any hardware issues. The only thing that I could think of is that this Office 2010 Stdnard SP1 Open Volume install was downloaded as 1 ISO... 2010 download that included the SP1. I guess I could try uninstalling it, then install Office 2010 and then install SP1, but doubt this would help as I installed the same ver of Office on other PCs and they don't show similar issues...
Happens to a variety of files and only happens on this PC...
