Search terms in Outlook Rules

Howdy, all. I have a client who has about 30 rules in his outlook. Each rule searches the subject and body for a particular word or phrase. if the word/phrase is found, the message is flagged for review. So far, so good.

Now he says he would like the search terms highlighted in each flagged email, so he can determine which search terms were responsible for each flagging. is this making sense? since he has so many rules now, it is very difficult to keep track of them all on a message by message basis.

to sum up, is it possible to highlight rules-based search terms in flagged emails?

    Hi, kommgroup.

No, it's not possible.  Rather than highlighting search terms in the message how about assigning a category to the message based on the rule?

that's a cool idea, but unfortunately i don't think it solves our problem... sometimes, the search terms appear in those email signature 'disclaimers' and we are trying to quickly skip those messages during the review process...

    oh well.
