everything is fine until the next morning when no emails are being synchronize at all to mobile devices like smartphones, that is when I need to restart some of the microsoft exchange services on the server and wait for a while to start getting emails again, these are the two error i got from the event vierwer:<br />

Server ActiveSync<br />
unexpected echange mailbox server error: server:.....; user:..... http status code:[503]. verify that the exchange mailbox server is working correctly.<br />

Windows SharePoint Server<br />
