KB931836 DST windows update patch question

Hi I remember the patch KB931836 back in 2007 that fixes the daylight savings time schedule. Does anyone know if there is new more updated one? I have some XP machines that need it installed and it tells me it is installed or not applicable.

According to the table at the end of this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931836, the latest update for KB931836 is here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/955839

You may want to use Time Zone Editor to resolve the problem manually!
