It looks like it needs paper in the "Cassette" (which I'm guessing is the paper tray).

there is paper in the cassette
Paul MacDonaldDirector, Information SystemsCommented:
Well, that seems to be what it's complaining about..  Can you try legal paper?  Are you sure there isn't a paper jam?  It's also possible the paper sensor is bad and can't "see" the paper...
What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

EVERYTHING seems to be fine....not sure why is that showing up
Paul MacDonaldDirector, Information SystemsCommented:
Here are two manuals, but neither mention any of the messages you posted...

...is there an error code to work with?  If not, I guess I'd go with checking the paper size in the cassette versus what the device thinks it has.  Barring that, Canon Customer Care is at 1-800-828-4040 until 8pm!

Have you tried turning it off, unplugging the power cable from the wall and then reconnecting it and turning it back on? Sometimes that works and resets all the sensors.

tried that
On the fax:

Go to "Printer settings" -> "Select Cassette"
Set both Cassette switch A & B to OFF.

Set Recieve Reduction to OFF.

Under "Report Settings", go to "Print Report"
Set this switch to "Upper Front Cassette"

Under "System Setup Features", set "Memory RX" to "OFF".
This should clear your error.
