I had a data flow task where i did a ton of mapping. Now what I would like to do is export the actual mapping to excel and review it with my manager. Is there anyway of achieving this?

you can get an xml list of the mappings by right clicking on the ssis package file xxx.dtsx and selecting the view code... in that xml file you will find a part that is describing the mappings... I think that may help you...
