Certificate issues outlook 2007

i have a client that has outlook 2007 and exchange 2007 they keep getting errors in outlook on the cert  and when you tell it to instal the cert it does not work  

 have checked just about everything and it still will not install the cert on the local machines

the certificate was migrated from a old domain and exchange 2003 server to the new domain and exchange 2007 server   owa is working fine no cert issue there only in outlook

not using outlook anywhere function

What update and rollup level is installed on exchange 2007? I believe you need to be a Update 1, Rollup 9 to eliminate certificate errors.

Try temporarily granting the user local admin rights then installing the cert.
