What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I'm using IE8 on WinXP right now and it looks fine.
Are you able to replicate the issue or is this a screen shot a user submitted?

I notice the text in the screen shot you posted talks about Skype.  Sounds like a "user issue" to me.
(Their plug-in may be outdated, etc.)

Odd... the homepage did not throw any JS errors for me, but I clicked on "insulation" and got this one (courtesy of FF Error Console)

Error: function () {if (!this.slideFx) {this.slideFx = new Fx.Elements(this.slides, {duration: this.options.transitionDuration, link: "cancel"});}this.slides.each(function (slide) {slide.setStyle("opacity", 0);});}.protect is not a function

IMO, close this one and re-post with a title and new question that reflects the issue(s) you want addressed.

The JS errors willa666 posted are IE specific... perhaps an issue with mootools - sorry, I've never used that package so cannot offer help there.
