Web Access Policy

I'm new to Forefront TMG 2010 and needs some help.

I have installed TMG have setup networking as follows:
Once I setup the networking connections, I setup the firewall as folllows:
Then I created a Web Access rule, as follows:

I'm able to hit Google and Bing, search actually works about 50% of the time.  However, once I click on a search result link, nothing happens.

Can someone help?

    Do you have https inspection enabled ?if so, disable it.

    I've disabled but still having the problem.  
     Web Rules
    When I search Google, results are quick.  Still getting error 10060 when clicking on search result link.
