Try to encode the file path correctly (%20 instead of the spaces) and see if that fixes it ...

IE8 puts the %20 in there for you but of course, that is not the name of the file on the server so it doesn't show up.  You should remove the spaces in all file names used on the internet.

But the problem with the image is that it is using the CMYK color scheme and IE before IE9 does not display JPGs that use CMYK.  They only work with RGB JPGs.  You need to open it in your image editor and change the color mode or color space to RGB.  Then you need to make a copy of it that is the correct size for your web page so that the browsers don't have to load a large image and resize it.

It looks ok in IE8 on XP from here.  You should still resize the image down to the size you're using on the page.

The page looks different in Firefox and IE though.  The bottom part is full screen width in Firefox and not in IE.

Dave BaldwinFixer of ProblemsCommented:
I'm sure it will be ok, IE did not display CMYK JPGs before IE9 and that was your problem with that image.

Garry GlendownConsulting and Network/Security SpecialistCommented:
"align=center" in the td/th element?

IanThAuthor Commented:
I had that already

Dave BaldwinFixer of ProblemsCommented:
Right above that you have:

<tr valign=top align=right>

which pushes everything in that row to the right.

Dave BaldwinFixer of ProblemsCommented:
'align=middle' doesn't do anything for horizontal alignment, it should be 'align=center'.  'middle' is used in vertical-align.
