Troubleshoot slow web page load with Wireshark

We have a web page that loads slow for everyone on every computer. It has a 20 or 30 second delay to load. The webserver is a very robust server so I am thinking that it is probably some other server that sends data to the webserver.

I have looked at the flow graph and the server and client both stop talking to each other for 20 seconds while the server waits for something.

What would be the best use of Wireshark in this situation?

Do I need a different tool than Wireshark?

Does the server have to get info from a database before it responds?  Is this on the internet or a LAN?

To further debugging, install something like "httpfox" in Mozilla to get a better idea, what part of the actual web page is slow to load ... this might help pinpoint the cause of the slow response time ...
Does the webserver have a browser on it, so that you can browse to the webpage from the webserver?
