The data base name is either included in the query, in the FROM clause or set by mysql_select_db()

SELECT thing FROM dbname.tablename... or
http://php.net/manual/en/function.mysql-select-db.php

So you might want to track the data base name back to its point of origin in the code.  It may be in an ini value or a defined constant or something like that.

You'll find that variable in file config.php in the root directory of your cmsms installation. I have it in

C:\www\cmsmadesimple-1.10-full

Look for

$config['db_name'] = '';
