if you run that manually from a PC in a DOS windowdoes it work? Just run the command, not from a batch file.  Any error message or output?

Did you run bginfo 1 time and make your selections and then save the bginfo.bgi file?

try this.

change yourserver name,  and copy bginfo.exe and bginfo.bgi to the netlogon folder location of yourserver

\\yourserver\netlogon\bginfo.exe \\yourserver\netlogon\bginfo.bgi /timer:0 /silent
