When I buy a new Lenovo ThinkPad E420, what are the most important agreements that should be included in the deal?

When I buy a new laptop, what are the most important agreements that should be included in the deal?

I'm going to buy a Lenovo ThinkPad E420 here in mainland China (where I've lived for more than 2 years). I manage quite well communicating in Chinese but when buying a new laptop for my small company I will make certain I get exactly what I want, including service included in warranty and special configuration when buying. It's not so easy to explain this in Chinese so I wonder if anyone could give some general outline what I should focus on having included in the deal?

For example, I probably get Windows 7 when I buy a new laptop here, and if I get Windows 7 Ultimate I will be able to use my native language Swedish.

What are the extras etc. for a Lenovo ThinkPad E420 (the price ranges from 2,500 RMB to 6,500 RMB here in China, corresponding approx. to $320 to $950)?

You should take 3 years comprehensive on-site cover with complete cover including - physical damage.

Also take the maximum system memory that is affordable.

SOme things to look for...Is probably how fast the processor is.  The base unit comes with an Intel Core i3 chip.  And can handle Core I7.
Base unit comes with 6 gb of ram (I believe) and can be upgraded to 8.
Also the battery comes with a standard 6 cell battery and can be upgraded to a 9 cell battery.

Not sure if you can see this from China:
http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/web/LenovoPortal/en_US/catalog.workflow:category.details?current-catalog-id=12F0696583E04D86B9B79B0FEC01C087¤t-category-id=9E9C59AB7E14CD865AA41873FE087F72

But you can go to Lenovo's website and look at the "options" that you might want to consider etc.  And then you may be able to find it in the Chinese language over there to be able to make Printouts?!  if you don't know how to explain it etc...and use the printouts as a basis to show them what you want?

Also something else to consider, is if this is shipped outside the USA, getting the 3 year comprehensive complete coverage, will probably not be valid in China.  You will definitely want to make sure before you purchase such options.
