Excel 2010 IF function

Can you please help me out I’m trying to calculate the insurance PREMIUM Base upon the following information HMO Employees pay $100.00 per period and PPO employees pay $50.00 per period.

here is a basic formula.  Start with Health plan first row as D2  and premium as F2

in F2 put    


Then use the autofill to copy F2 down the column  (drag it from bottom right corner, down the column)

If D2 is HMO then it sets 100 in F2, otherwise it puts 100
