Excel 2010 IF function

Can you guys please help me; I need to calculate the insurance PREMIUM base upon the following information.
HMO employee pay $100 per period for 10 or more years of service
HMO employee with less than 10 years of service pay $125.
PPO employee pay $50.00 per period for 10 or more years of service
PPO employee with less than 10 years of service pay $133.

Assuming the options are only HMO or PPO, then you can use this if statment:

=IF(D9="HMO",IF(E9>=10,100,125),IF(E9>=10,50,133))
