Elmah and custom error pages in 4.0

I just installed Elmah error logging module and have it working... sort of. It works for .net file extensions and it brings up the proper custom error page and writes successfully to the database with the error. However, try to show page that doesn't go through the .net 4.0 framework (like a pdf, xls, etc. file) and I get the generic IIS error page. How can I force all file extensions to go through the .net 4.0 framework?

Thanks for your time

You need to map all the file extensions to the ASP.NET handler.
