Vinul Cutter software

Hello experts, I have a client the bought a cutter model mutoh sc-1300 6 years ago. With this cutter he purchase the software casmate pro but after all these years he has lost the cd and the license. Also he changes all the pcs with windows 7 pro 64bit. So the problem is that he must now buy a software to use with this plotter but everything we searched are very expensive. The basic software that he uses is corel draw X4. But it cant work with a plotter. Do you have any idea how we can use the plotter. The connection with the pc is with Com1 port. Is there any freeware we can use or a software with small ammount?

The cheap licensing requires internet access and the annual without internet but with hardware key is very expensive.

I do not know of any cheaper alternative that supports Mutoh SC 1300 on Win. 7 O.S.

As i told in my question I found software like this one. For example I had allready found this one too. Its not so difficult if someone search for MUTOC SC 1300 SOFTWARE to find 2 or 3 softwares to do his job including this one. But as i asked i need something cheap and not something to rent or to sell the plotter to buy the software... so i think that this question must be deleted because it doesnt give a solution that someone couldnt find. Also with some searches more someone can do his job in linux cause there are some tricks not so easy of course to make this plotter works.
