Windows Dual Boot Start Up Preference or Order

Hello, I have Windows 7 and Vista installed on one PC as dual boot. At the moment, it automatically goes to Vista, unless I select Windows 7. How can I change this at start up.

    The pic is from win 7. In vista this is similar.
    You can select the os you want from Systems Properties panel.
