orrupt Exchange Database - Illegal Duplicate key

I have a corrupt exchange 2003 database. When trying to run eseutil /p I get an error stating no repair can be done because of an illegal duplicate key. I have been able to recover the mailboxes and have them stored in PST files. The backup of the edb file is missing (as in my backup appliance purged the file for some reason). At this point, I would like to somehow purge the corruption and start with a fresh database and simply import the mailboxes back. How can I delete or remove the existing database and start with a fresh one for import of the PST files?

If you stop the Mailbox store service and delete the EDB files then restart the Store, that will create a blank EDB database for you.
