Lync 2010 and Asterisk 1.8.6 SIP Question

Hi all,

I have a lync and asterisk setup that's fully integrated and i can generally pass calls back and forth.

My question is, with Lync user setting for "Line URI:" if I have the following:

user A:  Line URI = tel:+13105551233

user B:  Line URI = tel: +13105551234,ext=200
user C:  Line URI = tel: +13105551234,ext=210

On the asterisk side, I know how to pass incoming calls to lync user A via sip trunk named 'lync_trunk' by "tel:" numbers directly (i.e. Dial(SIP/lync_trunk/+3105551233,40,tr)), but how would I do so for user B & C?  So i guess, what's the proper dial command to use when passing a call from asterisk to lync with a user that has "ext=" ???

Why don't you try both? I am not very familiar with Lync, but I would attempt a call to +13105551234 and if it fails, I would debug the SIP signaling and then try calling 200 instead.
