Error -- PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35

We host a web site named www.ticketstoregame.com.
Yesterday, we set up another web with named www.ticketstoregame.net that we want to use for testing.  After loading the new site with all the files, we keep getting this error: Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.DynamicData, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

These sites are both on the same server.

Is both sites are in same server? Is both the build are from same source code? Are you using entity framework or Linq in your project?

I assume they are on the same server.
Yes, they are from the same build.
I do not know what "entity framework" is.
There is a reference in the web.config file for Linq, but I am not using it.

- ensure that the server has the .net 3.5 installed
- ensure your web site pool is defined to run under that .net build

This turned out to be a problem with the hosting company.  They fixed it, but would not tell me what was wrong.

Thanks for the help.
The problem was an incorrect setting by the hosting company
