I keep getting a pop up that states "The procedure entry point sqlite3_clear_bindings could not be located.  How do I repair?

I keep getting a pop up that states "The procedure entry point sqlite3_clear_bindings could not be located in the dynamis link library sqlite3.dll.  How do I repair?

looks like either the setup (with at least file sqlite3.dll) is corrupt, or wrong .
without knowing some details on when you get the error, and what you think you should have installed etc it will be impossible to help more ...

I suspect it may have some connection to a recent IPad update as the the error popup seemed to start shortly after a recent update although I cannot be certain.  I do know that other sqlite files are in apple program file subdirectories on my XP desktop.  I am concerned that this error may be related to some recent performance degradation, but again that is just speculation on my part.  I have seen several SQLite3.dll fix sites, but I hesitate to use them because they want me to subscribe to their service in order to apply a fix that may not even be required.

Found solution at: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2387547?start=0&tstart=0
Needed to copy SQLite3.dll to another folder per referenced site.  This resolved the problem.
