I cant get flashbuilder 4 to run projects created on another computer. 
I have imported the file project and can run swf directly from bin-debug. 
he paths and images exist so i cant see the problem 
 
I get this error 
SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file file:///C:/Users/08659543/flashbuilder4_2/bug1/bin-debug/bug1.swf cannot access local resource file:///C:/Users/08659543/flashbuilder4_2/bug1/bin-debug/images/car1.png. Only local-with-filesystem and trusted local SWF files may access local resources.
