MS Office - Font cannot change colour

Dear Support,

I have been using MS Office 2010 since June 2011. Recently I have problem changing the font colur. It doesn't work on all office application, such as Excel, Words, MS Outlook.....etc - very strange. Please advise.. tks

hi,

if this is a new problem can you please check if your computers display settings are not altered and is made default(factory setttings) and then try again with the changing the color of fonts
