Is there a way to loop a Keynote presentation via DVD on a tv without a computer?

    As already indicated by strung you could easily export the keynote to your needs.

    In order to achieve this, when you are in keynote with your presentation open, hit file > export ...
    A popup will show up with the options you got. Choose QuickTime > Recorded/Fixed Timing (as Playback) + CD-Rom Movie (as Format). Click Next and Export in a place of your choice.

    Then you can burn it to a cd-rom by using e.g. iMovie or iDVD.
