Capacity IQ

We have installed Capacity IQ (version on VCenter 4.1. It worked well at the time.

Now when i ahve tried to enable the Plugin, getting the below error as its not allow to enable the plugin
The following error
occured while
downloading the
script plugin from
Unable to connect to
the remote server

    Can you try the following in your browser and does it respond

    Do you have Web Access Enabled on vCenter?

    Tried on browser, no luck
    Web service are running on VC

    the plugin are downloaded from that URL on vCenter.

    can you telnet to 8443 ?

    can you ping from this client?

    ensure that you have no web proxy enabled?
