SQL error - Manageengine Servicedesk

Hi All,
Our old server died but luckily i had a backup of our servicedesk, I've tried to setup using SQL but i get the attached erorr when testing my setup.
I've never really used SQL but checked that TCP/IP was enabled and also reentered my credentials so they are 100% correct.
No firewall is turned on the machine and for testing i uninstalled the Anti Virus.

Please help.

Ok, thanks - i just worked out matching the port 1433 to the port of my SQL server (12415) gets me around that. Now im stuck with finding a user account that works!

I'll guess and say ill create a user through SQL and then use them details.

Make sure the service is started.
Try Run "Cmd" and "telnet localhost 1433" to make sure the service is using the correct port.
