Replace MSI K9AGM2-FIH Motherboard (Socket AM2 Chipset AMD 690G+SB600)

I have the motherboard MSI K9AGM2-FIH with Socket AM2 and Chipset AMD 690G+SB600.

I have found ASUS M2A-VM from e-Bay (ASUS Site).

Is ASUS M2A-VM compatible with MSI K9AGM2-FIH ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't see any compatibility problems with it.

Be aware that when swapping motherboards, Windows generally detects enough changes in the system that re-authorization is required.  This brings up another point.

If your version of Windows was supplied with the original system (an "OEM" license), please read Masqueraid's article on OEM licensing.  You will need to purchase a new Windows license to be legal on a new motherboard.
when you change the board - be sure to verify the mounting standoff's - as not to short one to mobo !
