Version history in sharepoint 2007  input in to doc

Hi, when you look at version histry of  a document, is it posisble to input all that information in to the doc itself??

I can get the version in to the doc (using Label, information management  policy)

but would like a change history in the doc that reflects the sharepoint change history automatically

    i guess you cant change the history unless you make it current.....

    hi, thanks tbsqadi  I already do that and it gives me the current version only. looking for the whole table of comments and version number
