Cain/Obama and Race Card

Why are conservatives labeled racist for criticizing Obama but liberals are not for criticizing a patriot like Herman Cain?

>>Obama was attacked as being a Muslim

He was born a Muslim.  And according to Muslims, you do not leave the faith.  So once a Muslim, per Muslims, you're always a Muslim.

>>terrorist
Just friends with one

>>born in Kenya,
He'd be able to live off $20 a year like his Kenyan brother.

>>out to destroy the USA
Done.  Mission accomplished.

>>What has Cain been accused of by the left

Liberal activist and actress Janeane Garofalo appeared on Keith Olbermann's "Countdown" show on the Current TV network Wednesday night. Garofalo went on several rants, one of which included accusing the Tea Party, which she calls a "fundamentalist" movement, of racism.

Belafonte called Cain a “bad apple” who has no authority to talk about “the pride of people of color.”

the progressive website Alternet just published a piece calling Herman Cain and other conservative black Americans "black garbage pail kids

“monkey” propped up to reaffirm white “superiority.

Hey Cars,

How about some links to those quotes so we can have some context?
>>Seems as if the mud is being flung from both sides of the isle to me.  That's politics, I will just vote my mind when the time comes.

Make a case.  Post links from prominent Republicans playing the race card.

>>Cain on the other hand would never see such attacks from liberals.

WFT, Muj?

I just posted quotes of liberals attacking Herman Cain.

Post links, not quotes!
Every time you need to attack Obama you post links.
Not that they are proper, still you do.

Garofalo: Racist Republicans Support Herman Cain
http://nation.foxnews.com/janeane-garofalo/2011/09/29/garofalo-racist-republicans-support-herman-cain

Janeane Garofalo: "Herman Cain is probably well liked by some of the Republicans because it hides the racist elements of the Republican party. Conservative movement and tea party movement, one in the same.

"People like Karl Rove liked to keep the racism very covert. And so Herman Cain provides this great opportunity say you can say 'Look, this is not a racist, anti-immigrant, anti-female, anti-gay movement. Look we have a black man.

Cain is either being paid by racists to run or he’s suffering from Stockholm syndrome.

MSNBC Analyst: GOP Sees Herman Cain as a 'Black Man Who Knows His Place'
http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/msnbc-analyst-herman-cain-black-man-who-knows-his-place_604145.html
Sorry Cars you don't have any substantial reputable media outlets making any race/ethnicity based criticisms of Herman Cain.  You are so indoctrinated that you cannot even stop yourself from calling him a Muslim in this thread, and that is a load of crap.  He has attended Christian mass for most of his life and is beyond a shadow of a doubt a Christian.

You are at the very least a Xenophobe in the way you refer to Obama.  I don't think that you really are that ignorant, but you cannot stop yourself from seeming ignorant.  His father was born in a weird African/Muslim country and that freaks the crap out of you.  You are not comfortable with the ethnicity of his father, you think that it is something "bad", and on that point you are a bit of a racist.  You also at one point in time made a big deal about his middle name, "Hussein", again that is xenophobic.

Is there something wrong with having a middle name of Hussein?  Because if you think there is, you are at best a xenophobe and at worst a mild racist.  I think that you believe your xenophobia is reasonable and therefore good.  But if you think that it is bad to have a father who is a Muslim from Kenya then you are a racist because you believe that nationality and religion to be inherently bad, and make judgments based on that rather than on a persons character.  That is what racism is, that is what you believe and so, you have racist tendencies.  Or alternatively, you think Americans who descend from Muslims from Kenya are just fine.  I know that you do not think you have a racist bone in your body, but you do.  You are not over the top, you are not a Klansman, but you are a xenophobe at the very least.  You just don't see it because you think it is normal and good.
