Outlook Calendar invites not sending with correct dates

My customer is trying to send out an invite for a meeting that is over the course of 2 days, Novemenber 15 and 16.  However, when she sends the meeting, it clearly says "When: Tuesday, Novemeber 15, 2011 to Wednesday, November 16, 2011"  However, when some of the attendees accept the invite, it says "When: Wednesday  November 16, 2011 to Friday, November 18, 2011" and others will have the correct date.  She sent an invite to me and it shows the correct date.  Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Hi,
It could be due to a difference in Daylight saving times or a different time zone.

Have a look here:
