Backing Up Exchange 2010 Log Files

I am using Backup Exec 2010 R2 to back up my Exchange 2010 R2 mailbox/logs.
I can be able to restore single mailbox's emails without any problem. But I checked several days backup jobs and found out only catalog folder was backed up under Mailbox folder and none of log files was backedup! I am not sure it is supposed to be this way or not?  I have two slides attached. Please help!

Thank you very much in advance! Backed-up-catalog-only.docx Those-did-not-backup.docx

You are not supposed to select the individual folders where these files live when creating your backup job. You are supposed to select the entire information store for the mail server. So if you expand the server in your selection window, you should click the check box under Microsoft Information Store, and not the individual folders where the log files, and database live.
Also, if you can't do this, maybe you don't have the exchange agent for BE. Do you?

I did select whoe MS Information Store and that was why I can be able to back up individual mailbox. I got it! As long as Ms Information Store is backedup it contains log files already.

Thanks a lot for your help!!
