Copying Data to Another sheet based on column Values

Routine Needed

I have 2 sheets in this workbook

I need to data from "List to "ExatList"

In List"  I have columns from A to BB  :  NO COLUMN HEADERS
In "List" the row numbers vary  from 0 to ?

In Column BA AND BB I may or may not have the following present:
In Columns BA   I have a phrase  "EXACTMATCH"
In Columns BB   I have a phrase  "EXACTNAME"

What I need:
I need to copy all rows that have data in column BA  AND/OR  BB  TO

    You can do this with an Advanced Filter.

    This can be done manually and recorded using the VBA recorder or there is similar on this question:

    Just read - NO COLUMN HEADERS

    You will need unique column headers for the Adv Filter to work.

    I guess the quickest way round this would be to have a line in the VBA that inserts a row above the data and adds column headers even if its just Col1, Col2 etc.
