iPhone/Mac calendar- is there one that works perfectly?

I have a mac mini and an iphone 4. Is there any calendar apps on my iPhone that will hold appointements exactly right?

So far every app in my iphone still doesn't sync quite right. I'm a personal coach so it has to work perfectly.

I can use (on my mac mini) iCal, Google Calendar, or others.

I am not sure about that statement. It is true that iCloud works great with Apple devices.

I have tried the Google Service which would also be free, but I did not like the contacts section as it was always making doubles. If you are using Apple then use iCloud as it works seemlessly if you were on Android I would be recommending Google (but there are not hard and fast rules here). Of course nothing works 100% of the time and as a user of Android (Samsung Galaxy Tab) and Apple I have had small problems with both.

Is iCloud dependable enough that if I put 20 of my clients appointments in each week, they'll all show up seamlessly on my iPhone? I can't use it if it even makes one mistake.

All the ones that I've tried don't sync right or they make mistakes.

i have been using iCloud for about 3 weeks or whenever it was released in OCTOBER 2011. I am sure it makes mistakes, but for me it has not made one mistake with my calendar.
