have you set a min age for the passwords

do you get an error in the Domain controllers sec log that corresponds with the failure

I treid to verify min age in local sec policy but its greyed out. The DC is R2

That did it. This all seems to have kicked off after I migrated a SQL 2005 DB running SSRS to a SQL08 DB running SSRS, all the users in AD were affected. Is there any crossover between SQL auth and Windows Auth?

Thank you

I did not setup SSRS on 05, I basically copied the reports and tailored them to run.
